SCS-My School by Amanda M. Gr. 2
"SCS is a fun school because we do lots of math and grammar. I love SCS so much. I love doing math because it makes you smarter. Grammar is a fun subject too. We have a great teacher. Mrs. Viola is great to us. I love to learn new things at school because it is fun. We have music and art. Our helper is Mrs. Coleman and the principal is Miss Kerwin. We pray at church. I am receiving First Holy Communion this year. In 2012 I will work and do my best in school. I love SCS."

Preschool Technology
Preschool 4 teachers Mrs. Jeanne Mulieri and Mrs. Mary Giaquinto know their four year old students need a strong focus on cognitive development along with attention to their social/emotional development to be ready for kindergarten. Technology can play a key role in this preparation. With the recent addition of two Smartboards to their classrooms, SCS preschool 4 students are now given an opportunity to explore learning using technology tools in a playful, supportive environment. Shown above, preschool 4 student Olivia R. works on solving a math problem on a Smartboard in Mrs. Giaquinto’s classroom.
